What were your New Year's resolutions for 2006? How did you do?
I honestly can't even REMEMBER IF I had some mew year resolutions for 2006, let alone what they were!!! O___o
In 2007 I want to lose 10 kilos. And improve my Irish Dancing.

Dec 27th. Twenty-something years ago. You were sitting on the floor, hair hanging on your face like a screen, but it did nothing to shield your eyes. Naked, empty. Just sorrow and disillusion and pain, two big dark pools of pain.
You were so frail I was afraid to speak, the simple sound appeared hard enough to shatter you in tiny shards. As your heart was, in that moment. In shards.
I have a sort of mental picture of you, sitting on the floor against that vivid blue wall, and those zeroed eyes.
On this day, every year, my heart still aches. Not for what happened that day (it almost seems laughable, today), but for what came after, for the things that hurt you. And me.
For what could be, and hadn't the time to.
I dream of you at least twice a week.
What's something you did when you were younger that you still haven't confessed to your parents?

I honestly can't remember, I'm sure that at 6 or 7 I already knew, because I knew exactly where to look to take a peek at my gifts in advance... my mom always used the same wardrobe to hide them...
Have you ever secretly unwrapped a gift before the big day?

Well it depends. If the gift giver allows me to open it immediately I'll do it. If he does not, I'll open it secretly the second he walks out. :)))
I don't like surprises, because they are usually gifts I didn't choose and I usually don't like. So, to lie convincingly "OOOOOOh but it's BEAUtiful!!!" I need some preparation... giggle giggle.....
That puts me among the naughty, I suppose.... don't tell Santa!!!
How do you take your tea or coffee?
Submitted by Vasquez.Coffee: two lumps, lots of milk, if there's no milk, cold water. Even if I'm italian I can't stand espresso coffee, I like it long and not so thick & bitter.
Tea: only one lump, maybe milk. No lemon.
